I made an appointment 2 weeks ago via their online portal. The morning of my appointment comes around, and I hadnt received any paperwork to fill out ahead of time, so I gave them a call.
Im glad I did! They had removed me from the schedule. Apparently they emailed me about moving my appointment time (which I never received, I checked my inbox, spam and trash in case I did accidentally delete it) and no email asking me to move my appointment time. Instead of calling me when they didnt receive an email response (checked my call log - nothing from them either) they cancelled my appointment. Ive never had a medical clinic outright cancel without at least one phone call.
They did try to get me in late afternoon same day, but I had already taken lunch off work to go to this appointment, and had meetings the rest of the day. After this experience decided not to reschedule later in the week and book somewhere else.

Theres no words for the great attention i always receive from Bella, Sarah and the rest of the team at pro care. They are always attentive and knowledgeable. Not talking about the great improvement i have seen on my injury. This guys are really the best

my experience with pro-care started about a few months ago. i had some injuries that left me in not the best shape for context. being able to work with my technician Bella has helped me overcome my limitations and her understanding of her job as well as her great attitude everyday always had me wanting to come back, as well as Dr. Woods they greatly improved my standard of living while going thru my injuries. The office lady Ms. Josie has been wonderful as well. Truly a great establishment.
