        Disappointing location. Ordered a meal deal for pick up. When we went in to pick up, we ordered another piece of chicken to go. Here's the disappointment - arrived home a few minutes away and the piece ordered at walk-in was hot, fresh and juicy, butvthe order ahead was not hot, dry and overcooked. Wasn't edible and went in the trash. ALWAYS check your order before leaving the store and get freshly made food. We didn't have time to go back to the store.

        Great service good food no wait on extra crispy white meat at wells branch they told 25 mins wait so came here immediately no line because they know what they are doing in the chicken game every time i come here its worth the drive hands down best kfc in Austin for sure maybe even TEXAS!!!!!

        I waited forever for food then didn't get all of my food when I called to complain the manager was full of excuses and no effort was made to give me the rest of my food I will never go here again
