Placed an order on doordash app. Went to the drive-thru 20 minutes later to pick up my order, and they tell me my it isn't ready. Then they asked me to drive around to the other side of the store and park, saying they'll bring it out to me. And keep in mind, there weren't any cars behind me in line, so this really makes no sense whatsoever. Including myself, there were a total of 4 doordash cars parked and waiting to receive their food. 10 minutes pass, and still bupkis. I decide to go back to the drive-thru, and a different guy at the window gives me the same spiel! I asked the guy what's not ready, and he says we still have to make the fries. I asked the guy how does it take 20 minutes to make an order of fries?! He looks at his co-worker, then looks back at me, and says oh, we're out of fries. Use the app and save money! I would have given 5 stars except both chicken wings had broken, fragmented bones in the "drumette" portion, which made eating much more tedious than necessary.
