        Ive been to this location for about 6 months now. So far I have enjoyed the workout experience as well as the friendly and helpful staff! Evelyn was so nice and assisted me in purchasing gloves for my Hot Thunder sessions. I look forward to continuing my workouts here and feeling motivated.

        Studio was super clean! Id never done something like this but I loved the way the studio was set up and I had a great workout! Employees were nice, I would recommend this place.

        Love how its 24/7 and its secure when you go to workout in the middle of the night. Love how this facility is always clean and when I go in during the day the staff is very friendly (especially Aiyana!).

We combine Heat (dimension 1), Infrared Energy (dimension 2) & Exercise (dimension 3) to help members flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories. Our studio offers 24-hour access to virtual workouts ranging from HOT Yoga, HOT Pilates, HOT Cycle to HOT Row Machine, HOT Buns, and more. Our exclusive workouts are inside the HOTWORX sauna. The workouts are by a virtual instructor in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!
