      image I dont always agree with Texas Association of Businesss politics but they are a big presence in business lobbying in the state. If you join and want to get the most out of it then I suggest you participate in committees and go to the events. I have been a member for 9 years now and gotten progressively more involved. Texas is a pro-business state but it helps to have a voice in creating those changes. TAB put in cards of support and testimony on several items that were essential for mental health initiatives in the state. Being a member of TAB has helped me to feel like our company has a seat at the table for policy and our voice can be heard.
