I went in to talk about trade in value for my iphone 11 after a terrible experience with a different retailer.
Andres was able to assist me swiftly and took care of my concerns. He provided me with quality evidence and receipts to follow up on our conversation and transaction. He was very thorough and transparent. I highly recommend requesting him for any phone needs in the future.

I dropped my phone and my SIM card stopped working. Only way I could do anything was if I was connected to WiFi, and even then I couldnt make a phone call. Came in and Tim activated my eSIM and got me up and running in less than 10 minutes free of charge. Amazing and quick customer service. Shout out my man Tim.

I was prepared to be given a hard time while getting a new phone. Well, the gentleman who waited on me, got everything under way, and made it very easy to understand and is uncomplicated as possible. I have a new phone now and I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

I typically go to another Verizon store when I upgrade. The service at the other store had always been perfunctory so I decided to try another store and went to the one on Burnet Road b/c the reviews were good. Im glad that I did. Reggie helped me and was pleasant and cheerful the entire time.
