The store rep Jaqueline changed my experience with getting a new phone. I am usually anxious about these situations because I've had aggressive sales people in the past at other ATT locations trying to push products I don't fully understand or need. That wasn't the case with Jaqueline, she took the time to listen to my concerns and simplified the entire process. For the first time with ATT, I felt at ease and confident in my upgrade purchase. I learned about this location from another ATT customer I usually see at the china town that's close to this location. I'm glad I took their advice, from now on I will take all my business and network to this location because of Jaqueline. Thank you for making me feel so valued
