        I went to apply my bill application payment and the representative Ms.Luz helped me credify a payment with the ease of riding a bike, and comfort of a luxury hotel like a Marriott. Thank you for the service and the kindness of your representative.

        Extremely rude staff who have zero knowledge about the products or services they're offering and get hostile when you ask basic questions. I was trying to port my number over and take advantage of their free iphone promotion and they did everything they could to find an excuse to deny me service. Won't ever be back there despite it being right near my house. Very unfortunate. Hopefully management decides to do something.
