Excellent food at a wedding? Who knew this was possible??? My son and his fiance chose Primizie because they said no other caterers came close on quality and flavor. I was still skeptical because I've had so many bad meals at weddings, but Primizie proved me wrong. I can't count the number of people who commented to me about how much they enjoyed the food from the passed apps (especially the brisket-stuffed potatoes) to the food stations (my son still says the mac 'n cheese is the best he's ever had). People even raved about the roasted veggies! Also Emily was a pleasure to work with. She provided guidance through the entire process, even on the things we did ourselves (desserts, rentals, and liquor), and she embraced everything we threw at her (big ice cubes for the cigar bar liquors...sure!). I have an only child, so no more weddings for us, but I see a Primizie catered party in my future!

We used Primizie for an elegant, multi-course sit down dinner with wine tasting and they nailed every bit of it. Highly recommend.
