        My worst experience. I scheduled the service appointment and showed up on time. There wasn't a single soul on the aisle. So I walked in. There was this one manager who was on the phone. I waited outside for 5 minutes. Then he took me to another service advisor down the aisle. This time I had to wait about 10 minutes. Luckily he passed by, I was about to make contact with him. He said that I needed to wait further and I did for another 10 minutes. Then he was able to locate my appointment. I had to be seated for 45 minutes. He passed by but he didn't give me a status. So I went to his office again and he vanished. I could see the paperwork on his desk and took help from a neighbor to check out. Guess what all this is for mounting the license plates. Beware of any Auto Nation and I was tricked into a maintenance plan from Auto Nation Houston.
