Budget Blinds of Austin & Hill Country

Sheri, Jacob and Sara were all nice to work with and were very responsive. The finished product however, is very disappointing. On the edges of the blinds the vertical fiber is missing toward the edges so the material is thinner. The liner is also not cut consistently. On two of the blinds the liner goes all the way to the edge but on the other two it is cut shorter than the width of the shade. Not sure which way is correct but on the door shade which is an outside mount the liner shows when you look at it from the side and the shade is raised. The header on the door blind is blind pieces glued to a frame which looks very unfinished.

I had a good experience with Budget blinds and our designer Joy. The installer Britt was courteous and professional. I love the blinds that were installed.

I was happy at first but realized the solar shade guides are not a good design and do not last long. I have had to have them fixed several times and most recently it only lasted a month. I called them and I have been given the run around and nothing has been done. They said they would be there 04/01 but i guess that was an April Fools joke. I have texted and called with no response since and at this point I just want to know where I can get the parts.

Budget Blinds were prompt to review my needs, very quickly had a bid to me and actually delivered & installed my blinds ahead of the promised date. Rebeca has helped me previously and, again, did a terrific job. Jacob was in and out very quickly with the professional installation. Highly pleased and strongly recommend Budget Blinds.
