Amazing Lash Studio

I went to go get my lashes done yesterday (it hasn’t been 24hrs) and my left eye literally has three lash extensions left. It’s super sad that I paid $149 + tip for this. I have heard that they use cheap glue and it is clearly true. I will demand a refund. The saddest part was that I was willing to over look the fact that when I got there, they said they didn’t have anything scheduled for me. I showed them proof and said no. Then said it was because I didn’t have cc on file. Then they said NEVERMIND you do. The system is outdated. The lash lady was really nice. Service: Eyelash extensions

Scheduled our appointment 5 days in advance. 90 minutes before we were to be at my daughter's first lash appt, they texted saying they had to cancel because of staffing issues! Completely unprofessional - DO NOT recommend. the lady who texted me said they could do it Monday - don't mind work or school! the weekend and work week have very different schedule allowances. We will not book another appt here!

Beware!! They have major scheduling issues. I had to call several times to set up an appt for a lash lift because they scheduling system was not updated. They kept telling me to call back because the schedule was still closed and they didn’t have their stylists listed yet. I wasn’t scheduling months out, just a couple weeks. After receiving confirmations for my appointments, I received a text the day of the lash lift, that said they needed to move my 5 PM appointment to 5:10 because they scheduled me with someone who doesn’t do lash lifts. After I arrive, get checked in, and scrubs lids for my appointment I’m told that I’m not scheduled. The text meant to say I needed to reschedule my appointment and that they didn’t have availability for me. What an incredible waste of time. The only explanation was that there was a system error and shouldn’t have allowed for that appointment to be scheduled. They only offered that I could drive across town and go see someone else but that didn’t work for my schedule (not too mention a major inconvenience). Nothing else was offered other than a whoops, sorry, we don’t know why that happened. I had plan to get lashes done for my wedding anniversary and now I won’t have time to get these done. So much for planning ahead. I’d recommend going to another place that cares about your time and double checks their schedule prior to day of.
