Bath Fitter

After they finish the so call job one day nothing work and I been calling over 3 days to talk to manager. Promise 3time she call me back. I have to go to a truck stop " loves" to shower. I was told to buy rebath product. It's higher but more professional... I still might have to call rebath to come fix what they mess up...

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Tell you owner to get his head out of his ***. Learn customer service and respect please. Maybe you would have more business if so :)

Horrible customer service! I loved my consultant who came to my home for a free estimate. I placed my order in August and was promised my installment would be in October. Since I didnt want to wait so long, so I agreed. Come October I never received a call. I had to make a call myself to even be on the schedule. Which now they moved me to December . I was extremely upset! I asked to speak to a manager but to keep me on the schedule until I speak to one. I never received a call. I had to call back yet again and they said I cant receive the refund and now I have to wait until JANUARY! They offered me a free accessory to the inconvenience, but that doesnt fix the fact that I have to wait a total of 5 months for my bath. Probably would of been longer if I never called in the first place. I understand they are under staff but the communication with bath fitter is very unprofessional!

This company has a beautiful product (shower stall) but it has leaked twice and the company has not fixed it properly and does not follow up well

My husband is handicapped and needed a walk in shower, They did an excellent job very pleased with it would recomend . The Installer John Mc Cabe was very professional and took the time to explain everything to us. Thanks John and Bath Fitters
