        Easily one of the finest venues of its kind. Just a delightful property. So beautiful! The various options they offer are amazing. Wonderful food wonderful games, wonderful entertainment. This is the ideal place to have a summer picnic with your organization: large or small! This is a local family owned business. Mom, dad and daughter. Please support them, if for no other reason other than this. They are what makes Austin, great!

        This is a great location for an outdoor party. The grounds are well kept, and there is a party barn, great shade trees, large swimming pool, and picnic tables. Our church picnic was a great success. Owners Lori and Fred are excellent hosts.
