        The drive thru ATM was acting nuts as I was trying to withdraw $1000.00. It finally allowed me to withdraw $60.00. After 10 minutes messing with this machine I got out and tried the walk-up machine. This one seemed to be working but said I was over my limit for the day, which is $1,000.00. After looking at my account on line it shows that I withdrew $60.00 and then another transaction for $1,000.00. WHICH I DID NOT GET!!! And would be impossible because my limit is $1,000.00 a day and it already gave me $60.00. So I immediately went inside and told the teller the machine did not give me my $1,000.00. The first thing he said was " Oh we have problems with that machine all the time! You need to call the number on the ATM and make a claim." . Well.... I made my claim.... and just got my letter back saying.. that my cash was dispensed properly and they have closed the case!!!!! So I have been ripped off by Bank of America for $1,000.00!!! I am going to the bank tomorrow to talk to the manager and will update my review later. I guess everyone needs to stay away from this drive thru ATM
