Xochi J., manager, has been extremely helpful on a number of occasions. Helped us get things paid and receipts/waivers signed and notarized. Professional, patient, pleasant, responsive to email etc. Asset to the branch and bank as a whole! Thanks Xochi!

Great local bank.  More flexibility than nationals can provide, like easy transfers by email or phone

I hate to be repetitive but what others had said is my experience as well. Staff is unfailingly polite and helpful and yes, if you are a regular customer they call you by name and will inquire about your spouse or pet. A first class operation in huge difference to the treatment at at a big box bank
