Wells Fargo Drive-Up Bank - Closed

Client of mine owed me 3000 dollars, I was out of the state when the bank manger was involved with friend in committing what might be the most crazy thing yet. After using my account number and cashing a check into my account at the teller window, with out my endorsement seeing that I was out of the state. Then seemingly a few days later he called into wells Fargo to claim the check was fraud. Dipping my account into the negative take every last cent I had . My hands never touched the check nor did I know he was going to deposit money this way into my account, who authorized this? Im convinced Wells Fargo is helping my no longer friend commit check fraud against ME!

Way too many outrageous fees. Very poor customer service.

Wire transfer I went into do yesterday got returned with a bogus $45 fee on top of the $30 wire fee. I’ve now spent over an hour on the phone with WF trying to resolve this matter after wasting 3 hours yesterday dealing with this mess. I’m switching to Chase.
