Master Repairs Body Shop LLC

Master Repair has been great to me and my banged up cars over the years. That are honest, friendly, responsible and have always communicates with me regarding g the status of my vehicles. The whole group are a great bunch of people. Cynthia and Miguel treat my like an old friend even though I have been there THAT many times My cars look beautiful when they come out of the shop. I really have never had such a great experience with any other body shop. Recommendations are all FIVES.

Ally doesn't seem like an honest person. She gave a rough estimate after seeing a photo and stated that it would most likely be higher upon further inspection. Even when the in-person inspection was completed, she still said the cost might be higher later on. Having been to eight different auto body shops in Austin, she is the only person who didn't provide a solid quote or copy of the estimate. She said there would be a charge to have it printed out because she used "knowledge" and "labor" to come up with an estimate. Her behavior is suspicious.

Cynthia worked with us and our insurance to fix my husbands truck like new after we were in an accident. They did an awesome job and everyone I talked to in the office was always very kind and helpful. Anytime I need collision repair I will go to them from now on.
