Terrible experience. When signing contacts the contract says they are not liable for any damages or thefts that result on property outside of their coverage and to ask a representative for the liability information. Given others reviews I asked for this. The level of incompetence from the general manager Greg was ridiculous. He said 'they didn't have it and he has never seen it in the 10 years he has worked here.' What kind of answer is that? When I wrote in the contract they refused to provide information he immediately escalated and got defensive saying he couldn't take that paperwork. Why would I sign a contract if they cannot even hold up their side of providing information they state they'll supply? Avoid unless you want a terrible experience just from walking in the door. Also note, they admitted to having issues with car break-ins and their literal front door was broken and boarded up with plywood.
