I dropped in without an appointment. Although the audiologist was not in, Andy, the service person fixed me right up, cleaning and adjusting my hearing aid in just a few minutes. She was friendly and even helped me with my brand's phone app although it was not a brand this store sold. She made my day! Kudos to Andy!

Been a customer for over 20 years and always got the fastest greatest service ever working along with Dars and Workforce Commissions as well. And always there for my little emergencies as a very busy deaf working woman.

This is my first random choice when I moved here from PA, it was tough to find an audiologist for me. Before Covid, I had this audiologist who knew some sign languages and she was great till she left...during Covid or after. I was concerned about a new audiologist and I am pleased that he is amazing. Very accommodating of my needs in term of communication. The front desk staff is very friendly and professional. I am very happy that I made the right choice.

After finding I needed hearing aids, I worked with an audiologist within my ENT doctor's facility. There were a few issues during the process, and long-story-short, we ended up at Hearing Aid Express. Andie is thorough, friendly, and always sets proper expectations. Kory has been great and made this first experience with hearing aids less stressful. This team is responsive, experienced, genuine, and professional. If the time comes when you need hearing aids, I highly recommend using this location and team.
