When we decided we wanted a large vacation home to accommodate ourselves plus our four children and their families, we soon realized that we would have to build the right home for our needs. Knowing nothing about building a custom home, we relied on advice from our realtor to work with Palladian Residential the best advice, ever!
We had a basic idea of what we wanted and Meagan was able to bring those simplistic concepts to life. More than just realizing our requests, Meagans design for our 10 bedroom, 7 bathroom house exceeded our expectations in so many ways. It incorporates our need for large family spaces in a unique design emphasizing the views available to us on our Hill Country property. Meagan added artistic touches that we could never have imagined. Meagan educated us on many design considerations and was so gracious with us as we progressed with her on our project. She incorporated her detailed knowledge of building codes and cost drivers as we specified our wants. We had indeed found someone we could trust entirely with our project and we benefited more than we ever could have imagined.
Our relationship with Meagan continues as our family vacation home is under construction. She is available to us for advice whenever we seek it. She assists with questions from the builder that we can not even begin to understand. Meagans enthusiasm for our project lets us know that she continues to be our partner and friend even though her design is complete. Feedback from our custom builder is that Meagans design is more detailed and complete than most they work with.
Thanks to Meagan, our new family vacation home will be functional, affordable and GORGEOUS.
