For starters I shouldve read more reviews before I ever even moved in because its clear that Aspire at Onion creek is just as terrible as my experience. For being out on my own in a different city because of my job, I now have the worst anxiety ever, Im scared to even live alone anymore, and my stress levels are crazy for my age. From move in day I had to make a maintenance request for the roaches, the back sliding door didnt lock and my blinds were broke let alone the gate entrance NEVER worked but thats just the little about the apartment itself. The whole issue is management, just the office in general. You cant call they never answer the phone or reply back to emails. The supervisor on the property says on things then when you clarify the says another. So New Years Eve my car was stolen from the property. Previously to this I was already asking if I can transfer to a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a friend who lived there as well because I was uncomfortable and I felt unsafe she gave me the okay to transfer to a different unit . Then few weeks later my car was stolen. I called and called, emailed nothing It took till January 5th, 2024 for a response. I asked if I can get out my lease because once again I feel unsafe and now my property was gone. Asked her to check the cameras she assured me the cameras worked and that they have more cameras around the complex .She eventually told me the footage they saw they unfortunately couldnt see who stolen my car. They just saw them leave . So not only do they have a security issue and once again the gate entrance never worked, my car is gone!! I needed to speak to someone higher up thinking maybe I can speak to someone who has at least a little compassion for me or any sympathy but it just became worse. Now they are expecting me to pay to leave early as well as the rest of my lease term which was not what was talked about multiple time with Stephaine the supervisor at Aspire. She refused to ever reply back to any of my emails giving me confirmation for the total very unprofessional! I am just so stressed out behind this. Never again worst experience of my life

Just came in to look at an apartment. Had an appointment at 10. Office lady rolled in 1030. Gave me a key and an apt number to go look at. Take my wife and 4 kids up there just to walk into a random persons house. When told this I was offered no apology or explanation just told Id be called back? Absolutely the most unprofessional situation Ive ever been in
