My leasing agent Oliva was very helpful and made me feel like i was making the right choice for my new home! She was very personable and made me feel a part of the community. I couldnt be happier and excited to move in such a beautiful place in a great neighborhood here in Austin.

Don't move here! Horrible place. Infested with roaches. They'll charge you a large amount to move out. I got charged to replace carpet, which there was nothing wrong with, and they stated they found cat kibble in a closet. I have never owned a cat. I'm allergic. They ended up charging me a fee for not "telling them I had a pet."

The area is really nice and peaceful, short distance to major grocery stores etc. Edna Suarez was extremely helpful with getting any problems I had sorted out quickly.
