        I had Dr. Stierman remove a rather big lump from my neck yesterday. Her bedside demeanor was great. She knows what she is doing and has a great team working with her. It was rather quick ( 4 hours in and out). I was sent to her by a trusted friend. I am glad I went through with it. You will be too.

        These reviews are accurate. Just received a bill from 1 year ago. Surprise billing just like another reviewer mentioned. Dealing with the office was an absolute nightmare. No one ever answered the phone. Not once. Not before my initial visit. For scheduling questions. For follow up questions. Never. I had to make extra trips to the office just to get questions answered. Nightmare. I would not go back to this office. Ever. Read the reviews and consider them cautionary tales.
