Last summer I had the pleasure of working with John Wrigley Air Conditioning and Heating service for the installation of my AC (which died the week of 105 degree weather in 2022), and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, prompt, and provided excellent service. The installation was completed in a timely manner, and the team was honest and upfront about the work they needed to do. I appreciated their transparency and felt confident in their abilities. This was my second HVAC installation with John Wrigley HVAC service, as he had previously installed an AC for me at another home in 2007 and another one at my Mom's house about five years ago. In addition to the great service, I was also impressed with the reasonable pricing. I have had past experiences with HVAC services that charged exorbitant fees (think big box companies with three letter acronyms), but John Wrigley's HVAC service was very fair and competitive in their pricing. Overall, I highly recommend John Wrigley to anyone in need of HVAC services. He has a knowledgeable and experienced team, and the commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in their work. Recently John Wrigley serviced my Moms unit--it was a small task, as her pilot light had blown out in the 2023 winter storm power outage. Neither she nor I could figure out how to do it. But no job was too small, his crew came out promptly and even explained to Mom how to do it on her own next time. Thank you for a great experience! Highly recommended.
