Dr Qin is very professional and knowledgeable in acupuncture, acupressure and herbal medicine. She carefully evaluated my concerns and symptoms, assessed my health, and applied the needles and acupressure where it was needed. I started seeing results within the next few days after my first visit, and supplementing with her recommended herbs. I'm seeing her weekly now, and I'm very happy with the positive changes in my health, improvement in my sleep, and hormonal balance. I'm excited to have found such a caring, empathetic, and knowledgeable doctor.

To date, I have had 5 sessions with Dr Qin and cannot recommend her enough. My first session was also my first time receiving acupuncture - I appreciated how she took time to explain the process before commencing. She is incredibly attentive and always takes time to answer any questions I have in great detail (I've never felt like she's in a rush or not acknowledging my concerns as I have felt with doctors in other settings). In follow-up appts, she's taken the time to look over my general health panel and allergy testing results and also elaborated on certain results in a very easy to understand way. Her years of experience and knowledge of both Traditional Chinese and Western medicine are quite evident! I arrive at each session feeling relaxed because of how genuinely caring Dr Qin is and I leave feeling even more relaxed because of the acupuncture treatment itself!

Clean and spacious office. No heat lamps used during acupuncture. My husband and I agree that Dr. Qin's technique is the least effective versus other acupuncturist we've tried in the Austin area. Went in with my husband for us both to get acupuncture. One room is large, and had a comfortable table bed with cushions. There was hair left from a previous customer on the bed, so it seems that cloths were not changed after a previous customer left. The second bed was in a smaller room, however the bed was leather, so my skin that touched the leather felt sweaty and gross during treatment. I got a head massage as well, but my husband did not. Dr. Quin was busy that Saturday, as she had a customer before and after us. I appreciate Dr. Quin getting us both treated on a busy day, but perhaps this is not a good fit for me and my husband.
