From my first visit to see Chiaki for acupuncture, I felt the difference in her work from other practitioners. She is very thorough in making sure that each point of tension is addressed and that we find the corresponding needle points to release them. Ive gone in for neck, shoulder, and back pain and she has helped me with all of it. I would highly recommend.

Had my first session of Japanese Accupuncture today. I feel much more relaxed and balanced. I am looking forward to my next appt. Excited for my new healing journey xo
Update first half of the review was posted 4 months ago in July 2023. Today is now November 27, 2023. Chiaki Tomii is absolutely amazing in what she does which is healing the body, spirit and mind. I love the combination of accupuncture, moxabusion and cupping therapy together. (Read up on moxabusion
if you are unafamilar with the terminology. ) For me heat therapy has always felt very healing and theraputic. Combining that with the right amount of cups and needles throughout the body and for me personally the abdominal area can have a higher and more beneficial impact on your healing journey. I went in to see her for a number of issues from digestive support to longterm stress management, migraines, sleep issues all of the above. Since seeing her I have seen and experiened tremendous improvement with my digestive issue, migraines, and stress managment. I am still working through insomia issues but I am hopeful that with more time and effort that my sleep pattern will also improve. Needless to say, her services works. Japanese Accupuncture is amazing and it is my favorite type of accupuncture based on the fact that it supports healing multiple issues at one time where as other forms of accupuncture may only be able to support one issues at a time. Book an appointment with her. You wont be disappointed :-) I highly recommend.

I highly recommend going to Japanese Acupuncture. Chiaki is fantastic and instantly finds the points I have issues in to heal. I have been coming to Chiaki for acupuncture for almost 1 year now and plan to continue for as long as I live in the Austin area. Over the year I have seen a significant decrease in migraines and headaches I get and a full elimination in weird stomach pain I had been having. I continue to go to take regular care of my back, and neck pain. Chiaki uses moxibustion as well and cupping . My absolute favorite is the moxa roller! I always request this and she politely always makes sure I am happy by using it. The moxa roller is just so relaxing to me and makes my muscles feel amazing. I can not recommend Japanese Acupuncture enough it is spectacular and Chiaki is the best at what she does!

I have been seeing Chiaki for two years and I couldnt recommend her highly enough. She is incredibly thorough and thoughtful and can solve all of your problems!
