Used Lex's 4 times since June 2023 to update our plumbing needs. Maha, such a wonderful scheduler ! Technician Sean, recently installed a new sink, connected disposal and pipes, and he did a very thorough job ! Our experience with Lex's has always been satisfactory ! Definitely recommend this company.

I absolutely LOVE Lexs Plumbing. Staff is very friendly and responsive, and they do AMAZING work at very reasonable costs. Josh came to do my annual tankless water heater service & he was GREAT. Lexs Plumbing is the ONLY plumber I trust for my home. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs!!! Services: Water heater installation, Toilet installation

I called Lex's plumbing this morning when I saw water stains on my downstairs ceiling and was able to get scheduled same day. Sean V and Braden came out and checked out an issue that turned out to be a leaky appliance. They were extremely helpful and friendly and made sure there was no other potential issues happening in conjunction with the bad appliance. I will definitely contact them again whenever I need a plumber in the future.

Chris with Lex Plumbing spent ~45mins with me on the afternoon of 4/10 explaining their services and process with water heater installation. This was after I was completely vulnerable (At the beginning of the convo) with my situation with my warranty provider. My Warranty provider was charging me way more than what i perceived was fair, given I have been a customer for 12+ yrs. Lex Plumbing, via Chris Listened and diagnosed my challenges with the Warranty provider and provided a 2 option solution to solve my main concern and as a party favor, offered insight on the best approach to solve my warranty predicament. Immediately, I relaxed, on top of being W/O hot water since 4/6. Lex Plumbing service team took over with communication and set the appointments but Chris was directly in communication with me even then. Installation was 4/11, W/ RHYAN & Brayden. While I was not here for the arrival but my wife stated that she felt as through I was the way Rhyan & Brayden professionalism was on display. Later, upon my arrival, Rhyan, patiently updated me on what had transpired in my absence, allowing me to relive my nightmare in terms of the water heater malfunctioning. Surprise, surprise, the job was less than an hr from completion after only arriving at 2pm, and it was 3:30pm. Ryhan & Brayden completed the installation seamlessly. Fantastic crew, lead by Rhyan and Brayden, in terms of the customer service, attention to the smallest detail was not overlooked. Even the walk out after payment was a wealth of knowledge of the Lex Plumbing standards. BTW - Rhyan was kind enough to share the sheetrock damage with their preferred vendor to repair and that firm has already reached out and scheduled an appointment for tomorrow, 4/12. First class experience all around with Lex Plumbing! Chris, Rhyan, & Brayden was a great experience to a family that needed consultation.
