Kind, professional, helpful, and prompt with responses to any questions I have. Javier is so kind and helpful. He took the time to discuss each piece of my insurance plans and helped me choose the right one for me. I highly recommend!

Javier helped assemble some auto quotes for me recently as I had a concern that my insurance was too expensive with my current agent. I eventually chose to maintain my current relationship and policy with my existing agent, but I did want to make sure that I gave credit where credit was due. I would give Javier a 10/10 for service, responsiveness and follow-up; three basic things that seem to be all too rare these days. If it were not for an 8+ year relationship with my existing agent, I would absolutely have chosen Mike Thompson Insurance. Definite recommendation for anyone else though! Javier was wonderful to work with.
