Updating my review from 2/5 to 4/5 as my neighbor hasnt played in a couple months. Not sure if he was fined or anything but whatever happened must have finally registered with him that his behavior was unacceptable and has consequences. Management still never responded to any of my emails though, so take that as you will. I really loved living here until about a month ago when they let a horrid rockstar move into my building. He plays (horribly strums) an electric guitar on full blast for 4-5 hours at a time. We dont even share a wall, its just insanely loud. Management has completely ignored all of my emails regarding this issue despite the little elm police coming out to address it multiple times (I did not call them, so other residents are clearly annoyed too). Dont move here if your expecting to be able to work from home in peace. Its a shame cause my actual apartment is nice but I cant wait for my lease to end at this rate. Update: it is now 11:20 PM and 7 hours since my first review post and HES STILL PLAYING. I wish I could upload videos to these reviews.

January 2023 up to 3 stars The account credit was finally issue in December and they announced the gates will finally be closed this month. Overall cleanliness I mentioned in updates below is still an issue. I hardly have to place maintenance requests and they normally are very quick. For some reason some requests take a bit longer Daniel came to deal with my last issue and he was friendly, diligent and efficient. ---------------- November 2022 - down to 1 star Need to downgrade the review. Leasing office doesnt respond to emails and phones are hardly answered. The rent credit I was promised for August rent, they are still working on it as of November. Even after many emails, phone calls and in person visits. How difficult can it be to issue an account credit?! The inside building where my apartment is located is filthy most of the times so I guess all buildings are the same. I asked twice if they could wipe clean the inside side of the elevator door, as it is filthy and disgusting and(brace) I was suggested that I grab a rag and do it myself. (politely though) One entrance gate has being broken for months now. Same with a walking entrance gate, and the door to the gym, broken for months. At least I know they still paid the landscaping company because i see them regularly. Not so sure about pest control (even though is charged monthly as an extra item) as the last time I went to the gym and saw the door broken, also saw 2 big rats playing(and they looked very happy). I guess thats enough for nowJanuary 2022 - down to 3 stars Need to revise the review as management changed. Let's see how they work. So far this new company is not as responsive to email inquiries as the old one. Several emails I sent just went unanswered. Maintenance requests however, is still fast within 24 hours. Snacks at the lobby were eliminated. But the nice coffee.espresso machine has survived so far. There used to be events with old management like a breakfast, or taco or pizza day, but so far no more. With Omicron the leasing office has gone virtual so it is closed -- so no access to the espresso machine ugh :( That's it so far ------------------------------------------------------------------------ May 2021- 5 stars Moved recently here and I am very happy. I visited many places in the area before leasing and have to say i liked this place immediately. This is a fairly new development. It is very modern and very well kept. Staff is super helpful and friendly (big kudos to Destiny at the leasing office for always been there to help). Maintenance people are great. Maintenance requests are placed online and the two requests Ive had were solved in less than 24 hours. Place is very quiet. Lots of working people but also retirees live here. Never had safety concerns. Property is gated and gates are fixed quickly when broken. I walk around at night and it is very safe. Prices are so far reasonable. Incentives to move were good. Fixtures at the apartment are great - (love the floors and the jacuzzi bathtub). Love the fiber internet (work from home and stream and play). Amenities are also great (24 hour gym, pool with cabanas and grills, business center, pretty comfortable lobby with wifi, big espresso/cap machine and snacks, walking trail, big green areas to play, excellent dog park). I receive packages frequently and havent lost any that was left at the door. Definitely love that the front office accepts your packages and text you to let you know they have it. There are frequent events. In the couple of months I have been here weve had a breakfast burrito morning, a pizza night, and a St. Patrick contest. Looking forward for the taco & drinks evening event and the Mothers Day event in May. Definitely looking forward for the summer events. Excellent decision moving here. I recommend it.
