"Cash on the spot" what a joke. Literally didn't take anything, not even the name brand items that had never been worn with tags. A lot of the in-store items weren't in the best condition either. Save yourself a trip and go ahead and pass on this location. This was my first time at this location and my last. The other CM stores are so much better!

So, I went to their website to compare and match brands made sure to only put a couple of brands in the bucket that I didn't find on their site. I was pretty excited because compared to what I saw online I figured I had a pretty good shot at them buying some of my items. Dropped my items off and when the young lady gave me my receipt I said that I would look at some of their bags before I left the store and she hands me a paper with shop online and says to maybe you want to check us out online. We leave the store and I tell my partner do you think we just got kicked out? He says no. I tell him I bet you that we'll go back and pick up everything we dropped off. Not even 15 minutes later I get a text. Low and behold we're picking up everything. I don't think it's the quality of the clothes that's the problem. Thank you but I'll pass on that online shopping experience. I'll spend my money where I can shop in person.

It's a pretty good resale shop. Prices are a bit higher than other stores like this. Overall I like it and I find some really good deals here. I think the items here are higher quality.
