We would like to clarify and correct as we are here to help, we have attempted to contact you back to explain. The diagnostic charge that you were informed of was $120.00 (2HRS) which is only due if you decide not to move forward with necessary repairs. Once we pinpoint the source of your issue and you decide to move forward, the charge is only for parts and labor, not both which means diagnostic fee is waived.You did state having EVAP issues with your vehicle, the diagnostic charge would include the smoke test needed to determine the evap leak you’re experiencing that’s triggering your check engine light. Your satisfaction remains our priority, and we are open to further discussions to clarify any misunderstandings.
