I spoke with almost 10 web designers before speaking with Van. After speaking with Van on the phone, I knew he was the designer for me. He took time to answer my questions, didn't rush me off the phone, and demonstrated his knowledge and work ethic with confidence, but not in a boastful manner.
Van is professional, patient, knowledgeable, inquisitive, punctual, a great teacher, and enthusiastic about his work. He made sure that I loved my site 100%, was flexible with the changes that I decided to make, and always had a positive and helpful personality.
