I recently brought in my child for a braided hairstyle on Saturday the 18th and her hair didnt even last a week! One of the braids came out on Tuesday the 22nd. So I took her back to the salon to replace it which they did but her hair looks like its been in for weeks. I paid $165, for $165 I expect for ANY hairstyle no matter the case to last for more than 4 days!!! After all that all I wanted was $20 back and they werent even able to do thatand the workers basically were acting like it was my fault then they tried to give me care instructions after the factand then they didnt want to give me any type of compensation back from a 4 day hairstyle all I wanted was $20 back from $165 I do not think that was too much to ask for but if thats how they want to treat customers then I know not to ever return to that place again. went for full foil appointment 330pm appointment. asked color? i said yes full foil. arrived at 3pm. told other stylist at lunch. waited in salon. another customer arrived at 325pm. stylist returned and took other customer. i sat there and she said nothing . after another half hour i got up to leave. 2nd stylist said wait the 1st stylist almost finished. i waited and then when i got in the chair she said she didnt do color. this was niw at 415pm. 2nd stylist saud she didnt have time to do my hair. so i left. made another appointment for friday dec 30 at 1130. arrived at 1115 and was told the stylist took the day off. i said why didnt someone cancel the appointment or let me know? 1st stylist said, just the system. Wasted two trips driving over there for nothing.

Okay ... I don't know what the issue is with the hot water, but this is the 2nd time in about 6 weeks and there's NO HOT WATER for the shampoo!!! The main positive is they got a new stylist Ricky and she deserves 5 stars all by herself. She listened and gave great advice for my hair!

The girl that did my hair robbi or something missed a spot on my head with the hair dye and applied some and blow dryed it said her instructor said that is all that you have to do didn't rinse out hopefully my hair doesn't fall out
