Staff is very kind and does everything they can to minimize stress for my very neurotic cats. Also, they give a very clear idea of costs, side effects, and expected outcomes upfront so I can make the best decisions for my pets.

We were fortunately able to quickly get an appointment for scheduled vaccinations. The lobby was busy when we arrived. The staff noticed and was very speedy at getting us situated. We will be coming again in the future!

I'm not going to give 1 star because I did think the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. However, the prices of this vet office are very high. I brought my cat in for a rabbies vaccine and a general health check up. They found that he needed a dental cleaning and potential extractions. I went ahead and paid for bloodwork that day. They gave me an estimate of $1.1k-$2.1k for the dental cleaning/potential extractions. Including $32 dollars for a nail trimming..when I called to ask about all the charges, they proceeded to tell me he will need more shots and fecal testing for additional charges.. I decided to get a second opinion.. I'm really glad I did. The second vet office told me that they do not believe my cat needs extractions just a good cleaning and some antibiotics..for $260..second vet told me that if he finds extractions needed during the cleaning he will call me and discuss. However, it will not be nearly as high as what this vet office quoted. Oh, and they do complimentary nail trimmings while the animal is under anesthesia. When in doubt, get a second opinion!
