I would like to start off by saying, Tyler you are awesome and your customer service experience is immaculate, my trip to Houston, Texas trying to find a van to accommodate a girls trip was not looking good for the days that I needed so calling around I lucked upon Van Country rentals that had exactly what I needed!!! I got nervous because no one was answering but Tyler immediately called me back but by then I was on my way to see if they were even open as it stated since I wasnt getting my calls answered. Long story short I met Tyler he went over what he had and from then on our trip was back on! Im so happy with everything that was provided and he also made it possible for me to return the Van after hours since it wouldnt have been possible to do on that Monday, I just want to let anybody that is looking to rent a van this is the place to be. That sprinter had us women feeling like celebrities but thank you Van Country for this much needed getaway and Tyler keep up the great customer service!!!! Signed Valerie B.

Booked last minute and without looking at the reviews. And it was and amazing decision. We needed a 15 passenger van for family coming in for Christmas. We couldn't find anyone that could accomodate us. Boy am I glad we found them. Tyler was amazing. He called me the next day and confirmed what I needed for pickup the next day. He was even in the office before opening to allow us to pick it up and get on our way. Drop-off was super easy and we were able to drop-off after hours when they were closed. Everything was perfect. Customer service, ease of rental, cleanliness of the van, terms of the rental, drop-off, etc. He even walked around the van and showed us everything that it had. 10/10 will use again without hesitation when we need another large passenger van.
