It ir prime season and there's only 2 machines working. We can't even use our membership because rotations take forever.

This facility has the WORST customer service. Beware. After my husband signed my son up for some lessons, he was not getting confirmation emails, they were going to my spam. My husband called them to reschedule a lesson and the facility did not notate that. When they emailed confirming the lesson, they sent it to me instead of my husband bc his number or email was not on file yet when they charged us for the lesson that we didnt go to, they had his email on file then. Some rude young child did not try to rectify this and all they did was say they didnt know why no one notated the change but we still had to pay for it. Dont Come here. The instructors arent that good anyways either. Bad customer service and they apparently arent organized enough to reschedule appointments!!!!!!
