The experience was outstanding! The closer, Angelina Cook, was flawlessly prepared making the signing for the seller go perfectly. The proceeds from the transaction were distributed via wire transfer promptly and accurately as soon as the lender approved the buyer's loan. We couldn't have asked for anything more. When I walked in I was told that no one could go in the room with me while I sign. That was not told to me before I came. This was my very first house purchase. I wanted my daughter at least to come in with me and I was told she couldnt. I had been they a lot that year and this was everything to me. My 1st home buyer experience was good up until the signing day. I totally understand and yes it was Covid but had I been told that before coming in that would have greatly appreciated but it was not communicated to me or my realtor. The most important people that had a very positive impact on one of my biggest life decisions wasnt able to share that particular moment with me. Again, IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATED TO ME BEFORE I CAME IN. IT WAS NOT.

I was required to use this company to purchase a home. Home negotiations fell through after a bad inspection. Went to their offices to pick up my refund. Waited in an empty lobby for 15 minutes, received refund check without needing proof of ID. Few weeks later, they are wanting a money because they returned the wrong amount to me. I've seen this scam before...
