Friend got a decently priced quote over the phone, so we arrived there just to be told a completely different price. I thought it was probably just a mistake so we let the guy know at the counter that we got told a different price over the phone, but he wouldnt do it! I was in a hurry so I left it with them, was told it would take 15 minutes, but it lasted nearly an hour! Then a couple months later, I didnt realize until recently that they completely chewed up my lug nut covers, like if they forced them off. Not going back

These guys only care about your money and nothing else. Zero customer service, young and rude from the front desk people to the mechanics at the shop. I got my rims and tires here less than a month ago. I had to turn around as soon as I drove my car on the highway because my tire was shaking so bad. I was told I need a hub ring so they installed the hub rings got back on the highway same issue. I had to come back again for them to properly ballance my tires. Not only that just this Monday 4/24/23 I had a nail in one of my tires so had to come back here again to buy a new tire because apparently they don't have warranty on their tires so I had to use my extended warranty to purchase a new tire. Jose told me tires has been ordered and will be ready the next day and promise to call me when tires are ready. I waited 3 days, no call so I called Jose and he told me he didn't order the tires because the payment didn't go through. Long story short I called my company again to get the payment through. Jose called me this time that my tire is ready. I showed up to have my tire installed only to find out he ordered a different brand of tire because they don't have that brand in stock. Jose didn't bother to tell me and made me drive an hour to this location. I'm now going to a different tire place to have my tire done. Will never come back here again nor recommend this place to anyone.

Came in with my truck to get my tires balanced and rotated. Was told it was going to be an hour before they got to me and if I needed to go anywhere I could go and come back. So I leave and I come back 30 minutes later. I walk back in and the guy behind counter says I'm up next but then someone else says I'm going to change this two tires on this car first before I get to yours. Now mind you have been waiting way longer then anyone but of course the guy that appears to be dressed up for work goes ahead of me. Will not be coming back to this location and I definitely do not feel like I was treated fairly. Needless to say I went somewhere else because at least I know I won't just get pushed to the side.
