Tax Place

Absolutely appalled by what this business is pulling. I move out of Arlington and chose a tax prepararer in my current city. This business proceeds to tell me it may take a few months and up to a year for my to receive my most recent stimulus payment of $1400. They still intentionally keep the account open and ask me to pay a $55 processing fee and I can get my money much quicker. It’s been almost a year since it went out and they are still holding my $1400. I call and call with no response, when I do get a response they tell me the owner will contact me which he never does. Shady business to say the least, stay away.

I am filing a class action lawsuit for the lies this company has put in my taxes and refuse to fix!! The fees they lied about charging me and for everyone that has used this company don’t be surprised if you receive audits. Especially if Bonnie prepared your taxes!!

The Tax place does a great job explaining and being thorough when they prepare my taxes as I was new to the whole process. The tax preparers are friendly and are knowledgeable about what they are talking about, so if you ever need someone to not just prepare and file but explain the process which sometimes can be confusing, then I highly recommend them.
