I filed my tax return for 2019 and it is now 2022 and have not received anything.. every time I would call they would never answer the phone and when they did they were no help.. for some reason I was still charged the 500 for the service charge from BM.. till this day I can not reach them..

Brandy is amazing. She is friendly, smart, and thorough. She made filing my taxes so easy and convenient. I highly recommend everyone I know to call or reach out to her.
