This store sold me a pair of UGGs, once I got home I realized one was a size 7 and one was a size 9, after calling the studio a male manager told me to come back up there and he would help us, I went to the studio got two pairs of size 7, I asked for them to show me they were the same size he then quickly put them side by side said see and then proceeded to quickly back in the box, upon returning home again I took them out the box only to find out he gave me a dusty dirty display shoe that was super discolored! Then I called the store and went up there again only for them to tell me they dont have it in store but that it can be ordered for me so we proceeded to order the shoes this was on the 27th of December on January 5th my order was canceled after I contacted them several times to see what the eta on my order and received no response. I then contacted them about how I would receive my refund and never heard back from them! I would never shop here for shoes again! Worst experience ever and I did not get my shoes or any type of accommodation.

Excellent customer service even though they didnt have what I wanted. The young lady called and checked around to put on hold what I needed at another store.

this journeys is so attentive and have really good service ESPECIALLY VICKY she is so sweet and really did her best to accommodate us :) 10/10 for Vicky!!
