Im really disappointed in the work I received here. I took my machine in twice - once for a jam and a second time because the stitch pattern was way off. The first time I was told it was fully maintenanced, cleaned and oiled. After I took it home, the stitch length was off and no decorative stitches worked. Finally a few months later I took it back. I was told either the computerized element was dying and couldnt be fixed or there was no issue but that it had been cleaned and maintenanced again. As soon as I got it back I could tell it wasnt fixed. I took it to another repair shop the very next who was able to immediately identify and fix the broken stepper motor, but also showed me that the inside of the machine was filled with dirt and dust like it had never been cleaned. I explained that I had just gotten it from Arlington Sewing Machine Repair the day before and was basically told there was no way the work I was told was done actually happened.

Very helpful. He showed me why the thread was breaking and how to adjust. Didnt charge me anything! Highly recommend.

I had called another repair shop. They told me that I needed a part that Brother no longer makes. They advised me that I had a very expensive doorstop! This is without seeing it. I called Geoffrey and he told me to bring it in at no cost to look it over and give me a diagnosis. Well, $20 bucks later, I have my baby back! I have never left my machine without paying at least $150 bucks. They always say it needs cleaning. Geoffrey told me it didn't need to be serviced yet. An honest businessman. Thanks Geoffrey! I can't wait to try it out!
