My roof recently suffered hail damage and, of course, in the following days, about 20 roofing companies knocked on the door. My husband had a very nice chat with Isiah and Edi who are on the sales side of the company and liked their personalities and what they had to say. He was specifically concerned about how the new gutters we'd had put on would be protected during the roofing process as well as how the plants and landscaping would be protected. Isiah told my husband a gutter company would be hired to remove our gutters before the new roof went on and then they would be re-hung after the roofing was complete. He also said every effort would be made to protect our landscaping.
Isiah knows the business well and how to work with insurance companies. He got our insurance company to double the claim amount because he was so thorough with his report and his photographs. He was always quick to respond, as well, when I had any questions.
The day before the roofing started, the project manager, Elias, came out and spent at least three hours erecting elaborate scaffolding draped with tarps to protect our landscaping. He was also at our home at the crack of dawn the next day to make sure everything got off to a smooth start and he was the last person to leave at the end of the day.
Just as promised, the gutters and the landscaping were completely protected during the project and a top-quality roof was installed. Isiah very thoroughly explained all of the materials that were used and why.
I very highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof. Elias, Isiah, and Edi all exhibited professionalism and integrity and they're good people to talk to as well. A+ Service: Roof installation
