One Step Solution

We just got 1.4 acre with a 3b/2b mobile home from Carlos and his company. I just want to say that we had been looking for something exactly like what we got for around 3yrs. Everything we came across was always missing something,not what or where we wanted it or simply too high on the price. When we found his add I called him right away and the guy that answered and was selling was really nice,understanding and helpful. That man was Carlos. I told him we were very interested and serious about getting the property but due to my health issues we didn't have all the money. We were short a couple thousand dollars. We knew that property wouldn't last. Since the very first time I spoke with Carlos, I knew he was a great and understanding guy. We had a good friendly connection since the beginning when I told him where we lived and how many kids and dogs we had! Lol So we stayed in touch for like 2 or 3 days and then I had to be hospitalized. By then I had told him that we were asking a brother in law for the rest of the money. He then told me that it would be an extra 3k-5k for closing costs. Money that of course we didn't count with. I asked him if he would consider lowering the price on it. To my surprise he said he would take the amount I had told him we had so we would only have to come up with the closing costs. I couldn't believe it! So then after that he even waited for a couple days for me to get out of the hospital to start everything. When I got out we started the process with Carlos, his company and a title company and within a week we had our new forever home!! We are now moved in and living without the stress of paying rent. My 6 kids,my husband and I love it here! I also gained a friend in Carlos, we txt now and then. We really cannot thank Carlos and ONE STEP SOLUTION for EVERYTHING!!!!! EVERYTHING!!!

I worked with Carlos on potentially selling my home. I found him to be informative, respectful and professional. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond. Unfortunately I did not sell to the investors but it had nothing to do with the service he provided. In fact I was so disappointed we couldnt come to the price I was seeking because I felt this young man really cared for his clients. I have only great things to say about the whole experience
