        Biggest bunch of degenerates work here! When it comes to scheduling the appointment, it was such a hassle. Not only that, we showed up early to our appointment only to find all the staff were On their Lunch Break. I mean why did you schedule us during lunch breaks?! Now we are waiting to get processed all over again for something that would have taken less than 15 minutes. Unprofessional.
