The management doesnt seem to be genuine. Friends of mine applied for apartments. Each application costs $30+. When they called the management for updates, no one picks the calls. I called them and a lady picked up the call and she hung up on me as I was asking her the status of the applications. I left voicemails. Still no response. The application fees are large amount for international students. Please be careful before applying.

Hi As i am a international student they keep on giving fines and never botherd about concerns.Managers and staff not at all supportive.. they are very rude on any issues. If something got repair in room they put fines more than $500. An incident happen that even the Foot steps noise they given fine more Than $300. The lease staff never listen about concerns and focusing on fines . Please listen our concerns and then take a decisions on fine . As a international student fake fines put us financial crisis. Thanks

infested with roaches, my car got broken into twice, no security at all, all doors are always open, saw shady people walking around hallways, DO NOT RENT OUT HERE AT ALL, wouldve given 0 rating if i could
