I've rented for two years and now on my third lease and could not be more satisfied. I work in multifamily which is a similar field and I have to say I feel like I chose wisely when finding our home. I just placed a ticket for my water heater making a noise and within a couple days they accessed this issue while going above and beyond to resolve it. Thank you for being so helpful and attentive to your residents.

So this is my first time renting through a property management company that is not for an apartment and being in the industry myself I felt important to leave a review of my opinion. We moved into a rental home in February of this year and it has been the most seamless transition me and my family have made. My home is older but renovated and with that you still get some of the old charm. I have only had two tickets placed and they have been on top of it. Their resident portal is simple and understood but has all the tools needed. Jeremiah has been wonderful and the technicians are knowledgeable and punctual. We love our home and are grateful we found WPM!
