Mr. Adams is great to deal with. He is Professional and does quality work. He explains what he is going to do and then proceeds to do it in a timely manner. When he finishes the job the work area is left nice and clean. I have used Mr. Adams on various plumbing jobs from a slab leak, rebuilding faucets and fixing leaking toilets. . Highly recommended! We have used Flat Rate plumbing for several years now. Roy Adams is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He installed 2 water heaters at our home and we have called him back for several other things including leaks and dripping faucets, etc. He always asks many questions to get to the root of the problem and has been able to promptly diagnose the issue.
