We thought we were never going to get rid of bed bugs after we found out we brought them home from our last trip to florida, but Orlando was very knowledgeable, answered every concern we had, walked us through the process and was able to get rid of them in the 1st treatment, performed a follow up treatment and guaranteed their work.
